Experience: Fresh graduates with 6 months to 1 year internship experience in glass façade or construction sites
Stipend: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (fixed for first 6 months)

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Engineer to join our team and gain hands-on experience in construction and glass façade projects. This role is designed for fresh graduates looking to develop their technical skills and industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior engineers in site supervision and project execution.
Support preparation of drawings, plans, and technical documentation.
Observe and learn site processes, safety standards, and construction techniques.
Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and contractors.
Report progress and assist in daily site documentation.
Requirements:
ME / BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Internship experience (6 months to 1 year) in glass façade or construction projects is preferred.
Basic understanding of construction methods and engineering concepts.
Good communication, learning attitude, and team spirit.
