Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee on-site activities in glazing and construction projects. The candidate will ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site work, including glazing and construction activities.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety norms.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
Monitor site progress, quality, and material usage.
Conduct site inspections and maintain daily progress reports.
Resolve on-site technical and operational issues.
Requirements:
Graduate qualification.
4–5 years of relevant experience in glazing or construction.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of safety and quality standards in construction.
