Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Billing Coordinator to support our finance and billing operations. The role involves handling invoices, maintaining records, and assisting in day-to-day accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process invoices and billing statements.
Maintain accurate financial and billing records.
Assist in basic accounting entries and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for billing-related queries.
Track payments and follow up on pending invoices.
Support month-end and routine accounting tasks.
Resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
Requirements:
Graduate qualification.
Basic knowledge of accounts and billing processes.
Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team.
